Circuito Fechado - Limpeza e Painting
The cleaning and painting area operates in a closed loop: zero effluent discharge during the process. Active FEPAM Environmental License, with the certificate displayed at the factory entrance.
Carbon Steel: the base material for our series production, available in SAE 1045 and SAE 1020 grades, both grouped under "Carbon Steel" in Methal terminology. High mechanical strength and an affordable cost for most applications.
Hardox® Steel: we use highly wear-resistant Hardox® steel for greater durability. Fewer part replacements mean lower resource consumption and less environmental impact throughout the product life cycle.
Alloy Steel: for selected hardened parts, we use this highly hardenable alloy. Greater hardness after heat treatment means longer service life, fewer replacements and less raw material consumption.
