Material options

Carbon Steel or Alloy Steel as the base.
Hardox® as the premium upgrade.

Methal manufactures its parts in Carbon Steel or Alloy Steel (Boron), high-strength materials with or without hardening, suitable for most combine harvester and planter applications. For extremely abrasive conditions, we offer the same part in Hardox® Steel, a premium upgrade with greater durability and less frequent replacement.
